The young upcoming star stage director Vasily Barkhatov has joined Ascolta Artists. Despite his young age he has already directed opera in important theatres such as Bolshoi, Marrinsky and Mikhailovsky. Now he stands on the edge to emerge on the international stages in Germany, Switzerland and France. Since 2013 he has been the Opera Artistic Director and principal director of Mikhailovsky Theatre in Sct. Petersburg.

Ascolta Artists are very happy to welcome the young dramatic mezzo soprano Sanja Radisic. With a powerful well focused voice, stunning looks and acting skills she has all the qualities for an international career, She has already proven her worth in Aachen, Germany in roles such as Carmen, Brangäne, Ulrica and will soon debut as Eboli in Don Carlos.

After finishing from the Opera Academy the young Finnish Soprano Olga Heikkilä has joined Ascolta. We look forward to cooperate with this lyric soprano ideally suited for oratorio, baroque opera, Mozart, bel canto composers in roles such as Adina, Zerlina and Adele.

Soprano Elizabeth Blancke-Biggs will have important role debut as Turandot at the Oslo Opera

Swedish tenor Conny Thimander will sing Tamino at Royal Opera in Stockholm, role debut as Pedrillo in KulturGut Holzhausen Festival and role debut as Ferrando in Cosí fan tutte at Danish National Opera in the 14/15 season

Soprano Sofie Elkjær will sing her role debut as Juliette in Romeo et Juliette at Copenhagen Opera Festival and perform songs of Delius with South Jutland Symphony Orchestra all in the 14/15 season.

Big Danish bass baritone talent Simon Duus has very quickly had a breakthrough and will now sing Colline at Danish National Opera and Henrike in Carl Nielsen's Maskerade at the Royal Danish Opera

The young Turkish coloratura soprano Ezgi Yildirim joins Ascolta Artists. We warmly welcome the already established singer in Ankara and look forward to promote her worldwide with her sparkling high notes, thrilling coloraturas and strong stage presence.

The young Danish bass-baritone Simon Duus joins Ascolta. With a voice perfectly fitted for the baroque and Mozart repertoire we look forward to cooperating with this young talent.

The Italian conductor Fabio Mastrangelo has joined Ascolta Artists. He holds several important positions with symphony orchestras and opera houses and is considered a leading interpreter of Verdi and Puccini repertoire and with Russian composers.

Swedish baritone Ola Eliasson will have his house debut at Finish National Opera as Conte Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro in the fall 2014.

Finnish soprano Miina-Liisa Värelä will sing Elsa in Wagner's Lohengrin in March and May 2014

Soprano Yana Kleyn will sing Mimì in Boheme at Danish National Opera in the fall 2014

The Baritone Pavel Yankovsky will sing Gurre Lieder with Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Denmark and Figaro in Barbiere at Vilnius National Opera, Lithuania both in March and April 2014

Soprano Sandra Janusaite and bass Vazgen Ghazaryan will sing Verdi Requiem in Aarhus in October 2013 at two concerts.

Elizabeth Blacke-Biggs will have her house debut in Geneva as Abigaille in Nabucco in February and March 2014

Soprano Yana Kleyn will sing opera arias with Aalborg Symphony Orchestra in May 2014 and New Year Concert on the 31st of December 2013 at the Stockholm Opera with tenor Riccardo Massi and Lawrence Rennes.

We proudly welcome the American high dramatic soprano Elizabeth Blancke-Biggs. With her volcanic voice, great acting and warm expression she is considered an international top singer of the dramatic fach especially portraying the heroines of Verdi and Puccini.

The Dutch conductor Vincent de Kort have made a deal with Ascolta Artists. A conductor with strengths in both the Symphonic and Opera repertoire, especially praised for his interpretations of Mozart.
